My background isn't of much importance nor is it flashy. In short, I grew up in a financially lower-class household (which cames with its pros and cons), have no athletic or intellectual upbringing, and lacked the confidence to do anything about my circumstances for the majority of my life until, through small but distinct decisions over time, I ended up becoming who I am today: A leader, educator, scholar, aspiring bodybuilder, visionary, and more.
Today, I focus on helping people become better versions of themselves with fitness through individualized coaching.

To provide a unique, custom service to every client, educate and support them along the way, and deliver long-lasting results.
There is no "one size fits all" approach when it comes to fitness. Every human is unique which requires a customized approach towards their goals and with coaching. Additionally, many people fall off of programs and struggle to achieve their fitness goals because they're uninformed and lack a good support system, which is why my approach is centered on those two things: Education and Accountability.
Whether you're a beginner who is looking to learn how to lift weights or an advanced lifter looking to optimize their training, I've got you covered.
I help people who want to be helped, who want to learn, and who want to be challenged in their own way. People of all ages are welcome, except for the elderly, as that is a demographic I am not so familiar with. Another type of individual I am not compatible with would be individuals coming out of surgery, in physical rehabiliation, or who have too many physical or medical limitations. If you're confused on whether or not I can help you please contact me.
- NASM Certified Personal Trainer (Certification exp: November 2026).
This certification comes is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) and is a standard in the fitness industry.
- Bachelors in Exercise Science at Old Dominion University (In Progress. Expected graduation date: May 2028).
- 6 months of Personal Training Experience at Onelife Fitness Greenbrier.
- 3 years of physical training experience (on myself).
Very Important Note: Regardless of my credentials, I will always encourage you to challenge and question what I teach you and I will never give advice or speak of something I don't know anything about. If there is something I'm not certain of I will communicate that to you and help you find an answer if needed and possible.
Fitness aside, I am a student attending Old Dominion University for a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science (lol). School, coaching, and my own physical training take up a good chunk of my time but when I do have some I like to read books, journal, listen to music, build legos, and hang out with friends.
